The Shareek Program, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Investment, organized the “Shareek Program Workshop for the Healthcare Sector,” attended by representatives from relevant government entities and private-sector companies.
The workshop aimed to strengthen communication and integration among relevant stakeholders, discuss sector priorities and promising investment opportunities, highlight key enablers and explore solutions that support the growth of high-impact investments in the healthcare sector.
The workshop featured interactive discussion sessions addressing opportunities to enhance the investment environment, ways to accelerate project implementation, and mechanisms to strengthen coordination between government entities and the private sector, contributing to greater integration and sustainable economic and developmental impact. Additionally, it hosted two breakout sessions: the first addressed the provision sector, examining strategies to boost investment and expand healthcare options, while the second focused on pharmaceuticals and medical devices, outlining mechanisms to localize medicine manufacturing and adopt advanced medical technologies.The workshop forms part of the Shareek Program’s ongoing efforts to strengthen public-private partnerships, support large companies in the Kingdom, stimulate domestic investment, and increase the private sector’s contribution to the national economy, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
